Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders (as advertised on our website).
  • If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • The correct shipping address and phone number are provided.
  • Payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future orders being declined.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to incorrect information, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Aesthetic Stacks is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incomplete shipping information

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Aesthetic Stacks ships only within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
