Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must be in its original condition.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Items returned after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Worn or washed clothing

Products with stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer

Items without original tags or packaging

Customized or personalized products

Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

The wrong product

A defective product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchange
Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
If the size doesn't fit, we offer a size exchange within 3 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).
The item must be:

Unwashed

In original condition with tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong size was sent by us.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
